C-Keg ensures freshness by tracking the “kegged on” date and certifies that the beer contained within is considered fresh by the brewers standards.
Brewers set a “Fresh For” amount of time for each beer they keg. This is the length of time the beer is at it’s best when stored properly. Used in combination with the “Cold Stored” icon consumers know they are getting the best beer possible.
