Storage conditions can have a major impact on flavor.
C-Keg’s C-AT1 provides 24/7 monitoring of storage conditions. This is especially important during transport and at the retail level. As long as a keg has been stored at 50deg F or below the “Cold Stored” icon automatically appears with your keg.
If a keg reaches 50deg F or above the icon simply disappears. The brewer must then review the pertinent temperature data and if appropriate may restore the “Cold Stored” icon if they choose. However the icon will disappear if it again reaches the set temperature.
